Due to the nature of our products, any downloadable digital product cannot be refunded or exchanged. All other products can be refunded within 7 days from the date of purchase.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Any subscription can be cancelled without charge if done so prior to the seventh calendar day following your subscription date, during the free trial period. Limit one free trial per person.

Monthly

Any monthly subscription cancelled after the free trial has expired will still remain valid until the next billing date and no refund will be given.

Annual

Any annual subscription cancelled after the free trial has expired, will be refunded according to the following schedule:

If the subscriber has had the service less than three months, 75% of the subscription fee will be refunded. If the subscriber has had the service more than three months but less than six months, 50% of the subscription fee will be refunded. If the subscriber has had the service more than six months but less than nine months, 25% of the subscription fee will be refunded. If the subscriber has had the service for longer than nine months, no subscription fee will be refunded.
